Through psychology, nature and a deeply relational approach, I accompany people in reconnecting with themselves, with others and with the living world.
Children • Parents • Families
Supporting children, parents and families in building secure relationships, understanding emotions, strengthening attachment and growing together with compassion.
Because healing also happens in relationship.
Immersive experiences where nature becomes a companion in slowing down, reconnecting with your senses and rediscovering your own Red Thread.
Different doors. Same house.
Understanding patterns, healing emotional wounds, navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, identity and meaning.
A space to remember who you are beneath what life asked you to become.

I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new.
I believe it is about re-membering who we are beneath what life asked us to become.
I share these reflections because they have become part of my own journey. They emerge from my work as a psychologist and my longing for be-longing, my relationship with nature, and a deep curiosity about what or who helps us remember who we are. After all, we are nature.
May you follow your red thread – and leave little room for the mischief of the soul.
